Deborah Ninan is a Partner at Ninan + Vibriesca Law, LLC. She focuses her practice on representing clients in a variety of areas within immigration law including humanitarian and family-based matters before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the immigration courts and Maryland state courts. She has successfully represented clients in pursuing immigration relief through family-based petitions, provisional unlawful presence waivers, waivers of inadmissibility, consular processing, removal of conditions, naturalization, affirmative and defensive asylum, cancellation of removal, U-Visa and VAWA petitions as well as custody and guardianship petitions related to obtaining Special Immigrant Juvenile status. She insists on being detailed and thorough in her practice of law to ensure clients receive reliable and persuasive representation.
Deborah is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland. Prior to founding Ninan + Vibriesca Law, LLC, Deborah worked as an associate attorney at an immigration firm in Columbia, Maryland. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association – DC Chapter, where she serves on both the Pro Bono Committee and the USCIS Baltimore Liaison Committee. She is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and serves on the Section Council for the Immigration Law Section.
Born and raised in the Middle East and being of Indian origin, Attorney Ninan has encountered the immigration process firsthand. She appreciates the sacrifice that families make when they emigrate from their home countries in search of better opportunities for themselves and loved ones.
