Paola Vibriesca is a Partner at Ninan + Vibriesca Law, LLC. She counsels and represents clients in a variety of areas within immigration law, including family based petitions, naturalization, custody and guardianship petitions related to obtaining Special Immigrant Juvenile status, U Visa petitions, and removal defense. Paola has been successful in stopping her clients’ deportation and helping them stay in the United States through various forms of relief such as Asylum and Cancellation of Removal.
Prior to founding Ninan + Vibriesca Law, LLC, Paola worked as an associate attorney at a private immigration firm in Maryland. She is a member of the Maryland Bar, but practices federal immigration law throughout the country. She is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and Federal Bar Association.
Paola is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. While in law school, Paola successfully represented clients in removal proceedings as a student attorney with the Immigration Law Clinic. She has also worked as an intern for the Baltimore Immigration Court. During her time in law school, Paola was the President of the Immigration Law and Policy Association where she organized panels and events to serve the immigrant community. Additionally, Paola served as the Executive Symposium editor on the Journal of Race, Religion, Gender and Class. During her term, she organized the Fall Symposium, “Immigration Issues in the 2016 Election.”
Paola is fluent in Spanish, a first-generation American, and the daughter of Mexican immigrants. As such, immigration law is Paola’s passion and she is well connected to the immigrant community. She is committed to helping immigrants navigate the immigration process while on their journey to obtain a better life for themselves and their families.
